Order Processing and Shipping Policy – UAE

Standard Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed from our Dubai fulfillment center.

Standard deliveries are expected to arrive within 1-2 days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on location within the UAE and shipment type.

Expedited Order Processing and Shipping
For expedited shipping, please contact us at hydrotechexpandable@gmail.com for special arrangements. Expedited shipping may incur additional fees due to the size and weight of our products.

All orders received before 1 PM GST (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the same day via your selected express courier. Orders received after 1 PM GST on Friday will be shipped the following Sunday via express service.

Available express shipping options include 2 Hour Delivery (Dubai only), Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery within the UAE, subject to courier availability.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order on www.hydrotechgardenhoses.com you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. A second email with shipment tracking information will be sent once your order has been packed and dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive any emails.

VAT
All prices displayed on our website include UAE VAT (5%), which will be applied automatically at checkout for all UAE residents.

Public Holidays
Our fulfillment center observes UAE public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Some of the observed holidays include:

• New Year’s Day (January 1)

• Eid Al Fitr (dates vary)

• Eid Al Adha (dates vary)

• National Day (December 2)

Shipping Restrictions
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be sent to a physical address within the UAE.
